A complaint is any written expression of dissatisfaction with our services, whether or not justified.

If you would like to make any comments, suggestions, raise a query or make a complaint about the service you have received, please contact us, our contact details are set out below. We will acknowledge your query within 3 – 5 working days.
This policy will be kept up to date, to reflect changes in the nature and size of the business. To ensure this, the policy and its effectiveness will be reviewed annually.

The data we need to process and the reasons – the data we hold is the minimum necessary and relevant for us to perform our duties as an employer, such as payroll processing and to comply with our legal obligations under UK and EU law. Data is not stored on servers outside of the UK.

The statement sets down Imperial Employment Resources commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and the steps we have put in place with the aim of ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns and management to act upon them.
